When a Cloud Account goes into an
Unavailablestate, Frame will no longer process reboot requests if there is an active session on the VM when the Cloud Account becomes available. Frame will also queue any session close requests when Cloud Account is unavailable and process those requests once the Cloud Account is available to ensure sessions are not improperly left in an active state.Frame-Managed Networking now creates VPCs with a randomized IP address range following this format:
10.{0-255}.0.0/18.
