New Feature: Customer Billing View in Frame Admin Console

We're excited to announce the launch of a new Billing view in the Frame Admin Console, designed to give Customer Administrators enhanced visibility into their subscription details.

Where to Find It

Navigate to the left-hand menu within your customer entity and select Billing to try out this new feature.

What You'll See

The new Billing page offers a comprehensive, line-by-line view of each active subscription, including:

  • Subscription ID
  • Billing model (Pay-Go, Pre-Paid)
  • Sales Channel
  • Term (Months)
  • Renewal Date
  • Subscription Status

Each subscription can be expanded to view its associated entitlements, which include:

  • Line Number
  • Product Name
  • Quantity
  • Service Type (e.g., Platform, Software, IaaS, Services, Support)
  • Consumption Model (e.g., Per User, Per VM, Credits, Per Unit, Per Case)
  • Start and End Dates

The Billing page was created so Customer Administrators can view subscription information directly, with more transparency, within the Frame Admin Console — eliminating the need to contact support.

Access Control

Only Frame Admin Console users with Customer Administrator privileges will be able to view this section, ensuring sensitive subscription details are protected.

What's Next?

This is just the beginning. As part of our ongoing roadmap, we're actively developing two additional pages:

  • Usage Page – Will display detailed subscription usage metrics and credit drawdowns to help you monitor consumption in real time.
  • Invoices Page – Will provide access to downloadable billing invoices for improved record-keeping and financial oversight.
