You can create new cases at either support.dizzion.com or support.fra.me until April 17, 2024. After this date, the support.fra.me portal will automatically redirect to support.dizzion.com.
What happens to my current open cases after April 17, 2024?
All current open cases will be accessible in the support.dizzion.com portal, and our support team will continue addressing those cases with customers as usual.
What happens to my case history?
Cases that have been closed for more than 28 days will not appear in the case history on support.dizzion.com. These cases will be archived and accessible by the support team for reference if needed.
