Added:
Windows Update Service is now disabled by default for non-persistent workload VMs. Windows Updates should be run on the Sandbox and then published to production.
If a Frame Workload VM fails to register with Frame Platform within eight (8) minutes after provisioning, Frame Guest Agent will enable RDP (Windows) or SSH (Linux), respectively, so admins can connect into the Workload VM to investigate.
Ability to configure the source of Windows Logs that are forwarded to Frame Platform for support and troubleshooting, by Account. Customers may opt out by contacting Support if they prefer these Windows Logs to not be collected. By default, the event sources are:

- Sessions are only considered as Failed if the user is unable to start a session. Sessions that close due to Idle Timeout or Max Session Duration being reached will be labeled as Closed.
- Frame Guest Agent logs are retained on the workload VM for three (3) weeks before being deleted.
