We are excited to announce that Frame now supports Dizzion C3 as an authentication provider!
Administrators can now use the same credentials they use to access support.dizzion.com and c3.dizzion.com to access Frame. See instructions here on how to enable Dizzion C3 as an authentication provider for Frame.
Currently, you must have the Frame Customer Admin role assigned in Dizzion C3 to access Frame. Users with this role will automatically be assigned the Customer Administrator role within Frame. Please contact your Dizzion Customer Success Manager or csm@dizzion.com if you believe you should have this role.
What’s included in this announcement:
- Admin Access to Frame from the Dizzion C3 Portal
- Deprecation of My Nutanix as an Authentication Provider
- What does this mean for me?
Admin Access to Frame from the Dizzion C3 Portal
As part of this integration, we have also enabled login to Frame via the Dizzion C3 portal. By default, any user with the Frame Customer Admin role assigned within Dizzion C3 will automatically be assigned the Customer Administrator role within Frame. This will ensure that administrators will be able to access Frame in the event there are issues with any configured third-party authentication providers.
If you are a C3 Frame Customer Admin, you can verify your access to Frame by following the instructions here.
If you do not see the button, it’s possible you do not have the C3 Frame Customer Admin role assigned. Please contact your Dizzion Customer Success Manager or csm@dizzion.com if you believe you should have that role. If you do see the button and your authentication to Frame from C3 is unsuccessful, please open a support case.
Deprecation of My Nutanix as an Authentication Provider
With Dizzion C3 now available for administrator access into Frame, we are officially announcing that we will be ending support for My Nutanix as an authentication provider with Frame effective March 31, 2025.
For Nutanix customers, please note that this change will have no impact on your ability to access the My Nutanix portal separately. However, you will no longer be able to access Frame using your My Nutanix credentials.
What does this mean for me?
If you use My Nutanix to login to Frame today: By March 31, 2025, you will need to switch to using Dizzion C3 or a third-party authentication provider to login to Frame. Official documentation around C3 authentication can be found here.
If you don’t use My Nutanix to login to Frame today: No action required, but it is recommended that you confirm that you are able access your Frame tenant via the Dizzion C3 portal.
We thank you for your ongoing patience and understanding as we work to complete our transition off Nutanix systems. Exciting changes are happening, and we’re here to help every step of the way! Have questions? Reach out.
