- Issue where secondary displays do not match windowed/full-screen state of primary display.

- [Windows] Issue where USB device may not properly attach to/detach from the Frame session when using Generic USB redirection (which requires switching from using native device driver to winusb.sys). Frame App will now prompt the user to reboot their local Windows OS in these situations. This is due to Windows not being able to unload certain device interfaces while Window is running.
- [macOS] Issue where last window size is not retained on startup.
