Frame Next Gen Terminal (Early Access)

Our Next Gen Terminal is the newest version of our Frame session experience. The Frame gear menu and status bar are replaced with a more modern floating menu at the top of session window that auto-hides when not in use, providing users with maximum screen real estate!

This feature can be enabled on either an Account or Launchpad basis by going to Settings > Session > Advanced Options > Terminal Build. Click here to learn more about Dizzion product release stages.

Added:

  • disableOnboardDialog Terminal Argument to disable the initial welcome message for new users. (FRAME-1445)
  • enableSoundOnFirstInteraction Terminal Argument to automatically enable sound in a session upon the first user interaction (mouse click or move) for embedded scenarios.

Fixed:

  • Issue where session does not automatically disconnect when Inactivity Timeout is reached.
  • Issue where the Frame Menu expansion arrow does not show up when using Safari browser with Frame Session API.
